I disagree. I think field speed and game day speed are equivalent.

SOme guys are faster on gameday, when adrenaline is pumping and they are being chased. Some guys speed needs to be driven. It is why they say some guys dont have 40 speed but they have gametime on the field speed.
ANd some guys have fast field speed but it doenst translate to game time
