If Ross gets rid of Sparano and Ireland, how likely is it that we can keep Mike Nolan on as DC? I would hate to see anything change on Defense! after a full year in Nolans defense, our players should be playing his system even better next year. I wouldn't even want to lose any of our defensive position coaches!

Depends on who's available and willing to come to south florida for the HC spot. Bring in Cowher or Chucky and the chances are good.
