Jets staff member stuck out his foot and tripped nolan carrol
The only time I have ever seen anything close to that was when someone blocked a FG against the Steelers and the guy ran it back to the house for 6. Bill Cowher momentarily stepped toward the field as if to tackle him. Of course he never would have done that.
I have said this time and again. The Jets get away with so much because the league desperately wants them in the Superbowl.
Re: Jets staff member stuck out his foot and tripped nolan carrol
Nolan Carroll was a gunner on a punt play, got pushed out of bounds, and was KNEED by a Jets player (or staff member) who was on the sidelines. Blatantly.
Re: Jets staff member stuck out his foot and tripped nolan carrol
They mentioned it on live TV. The guy involved will get fired I'm sure. If he doesn't, the league should step in and do it for the organization by banning him from any NFL games.

I agree. Take this to court. That man, in the course of his actions, could have taken away Carroll's ability to make his paycheck. In other areas of life, you can be put in jail or lose your ass monetarily for that.
Re: Jets staff member stuck out his foot and tripped nolan carrol
Marty McSorely was put on trial for assault after injuring a guy during an NHL game. I see no reason why this would be different. Hell, that guy wasn't even part of the play.

Some one Just asked Ryan about it in the Post Game Interview, he said he just found out about it but did not know during the game that it happened, and said he would look into it... Yea I trust This Jerk..
