Psalm, I dont have to let anything go, because I am realistic. Ginn is not a #1 WR. I have said that over and over. I have also said I'm not even sure he is a #2 right now.
BUT! WHAT I HAVE ALSO SAID IS THIS:
Ted Ginn has NEVER, EVER lost us a game. When we lose people are on here bashing Ted as if he is the reason we lose games. He has NEVER EVER lost one single game for us. He did not give up 46 points to the Saints yesterday. He did not let them back from 24-3. He is not to blame for any losses. He has never won us a game either, but he is not to blame for one loss.
He alone, is not to blame for the loss, but he damn well is included among those players that heavily contributed to the loss.
I don't get some of you. 5-10 plays one way or the other decide the game win or lose. If you're one of the players that are making 2-3 of those horrible game changing plays, then you most certainly a significant reason for the loss and are definitely to blame along with the other folks who made similar mistakes.
Call it what you will, games have ebbs and flows, and all things being equal, if you do your job properly, you should win. If somone does it better than you, then you should lose, but if you don't do your job properly, then you are contributing to the loss and shouldn't be playing.
Seriously???? If everyone on the team does their job or their role properly you don't think it equates to winning usually?? Have you ever played a sport in your entire life??
Everyone has a job to do and they work in unison. There's execution that's expected from everyone, and when one piece of that chain fails, the whole team fails. So, when one schmuck screws up because he's not doing his job properly, then yes it does fail.
Your team is only as good as its weakest links. Ginn, among others, are definitely weak links on this team.
To say otherwise is just blinded by loyalty, stupidity, or both.

and yes you can do your job 100% and still not be better than the team because of one reason, and that is someone else on the team is not doing their job at 100%. If everyone on the team is doing their job 100% then you are performing at optimal peak performance and are hard to beat. If you still lose, then the other team members are doing the same job better than you are.
Miami did not get beat yesterday, they lost to themselves, which is usually the case for them and the reason why this is so frustrating.
