I'm not so sure that this won't sort itself out if we find sime success, but he makes a good case.

Some of it is experimentation that won't persist, but I agree with playing our best more.

Merrill Hodge was at our practice today and was killing us on Twitter. Especially our offense

Said things like its going to be a long year for our offense. Smiley/Long were bad on the left side of the oline.

I'm beginning to see a disturbing trend, but hope it is one we toughen up enough to turn it around.

My point is that against physical defenses - Ala Bal / ATL ... even to a degree agains t Tampa ... the OL is getting blown back, and the offense is sputtering.

Pennington needs time & rythm to do his thing. not a lot of time, just enough to not be surprised by a totally untouched blitz or pocket collapse.

Hoping to see the offense be more physical this week ... as I think that's what is needed to move this team forward.
