Im sorry im not the best for putting my best foot foward, but im sure you all already know that. Apparantly we have among us RAVENS AND FALCON fans, that get under our skins.I have taken to roll, as this sites "premiere poster child for illiteracy". I am asking support from the Phin fans, and hope your distinct dislike for the Stunner can become overcame to help push the one main goal, which is to watch our beloved Dolphins succeed. I hope you realize that I have no distain for you. While it is true that you have considerable difficulty with the written English language, I do not hold that against you. Your personality comes through and I have found you to be quite entertaining. You seem like a nice guy and definitely a very hardcore fan of the Phins. Some people on this site can be brutal, but I like that about them too. As you pointed out on a prior post, that is part of the show and it keeps me tuning in.

The truth is that, as a teacher, I am curious about your education. If you don't mind me asking, why do you write so poorly? Some people on this site have a great command of the language and reading many of these posts will go a long way to help better your skills.

If you wish to improve your posts and your writing in general, I recommend that you copy your posts before sending them and check the spelling and grammar in a Word document.

Well i got add and adhd, short term memory problems, and had a Big learning disability in math. I went in the Navy got out wentto school for mechanics, graduated went back to school for HVAC, graduated, went back to school for CDL'S just graduated from that. So? i dont think i write the best because, i never was good in english class PASSED with b's and c's took japanese for a year! i dont write much, nor care about my grammer? yeah i guess you should, but ?

Not even necessary. This message board has its own built-in spell check feature. It's easy to monitor anyone to moderate their own spelling if they care to do so.

Is this a Phins board or Dr. Phil?

How do you access that?

I thought it was automatic. Whenever I misspell a word it gets underlined in red dots as I'm typing the post. By control-clicking on the misspelled word (I guess that's a right-click on a two-button mouse?), suggestions of correctly-spelled words pop up.

I hope everyone has access to this and not just mods

Anyone else out there use this feature?

Actually this might be a browser feature (I'm using Safari). I just misspelled a word on a different website and got the same spellcheck prompt.

I believe you are right JC. It is a browser feature. It works on Firefox but not on explorer.

I have explorer so I guess that is why I was so confused. I spent an hour trying to figure that one out.

Yikes, sorry you spent an extra hour on explorer...that's torture...why not get a REAL browser!

Firefox is the best. I hate explorer. The cool thing about Firefox is that if you get kicked out, it saves the tabs you have open and will restart with the same tabs...and the spelling assistant.

Eesti explorer does the same thing. Explorer 8 that is. If you get kicked out, when you log back in it asks you if you want to restore your earlier session.
