Did OBJ even play?
I really disliked the personnel moves by Brian Flores. I think that this guy's moves might be worse. Andrew Van Ginkle scored as many touchdowns ( a defensive player!) today as the Dolphins have all year. Great decision.
Why the hell does he still play Julian Hill when he's got Jonnu Smith?!? Hill makes five times as many mistakes as decent plays- of which there has been only one that I can remember. And, that wasn't today. Smith, on the other hand, makes plays and YAC.
Apparently, this coach brought an innovative offense to the party. But this league catches up fast, which they did last year, and this guy hasn't responded at all. Looks like he's still trying to run that same offense with few, if any, adjustments. Terrible. Fire this soft 'intellectual' clown and bring in Vrabel, or even Belichick- and there are several others who could get something out of this team.
I had to look at the official stats but apparently OBJ was targeted twice (and that means a pass was intended for him, not that a defender hit him with his helmet).
Chris Grier has a terrible habit of signing over the hill ex stars for big money and draft picks. Why doesn't Marino say something? I think he has Ross' ear.

I'm all for Marino saying something to Ross. But... if he couldn't even convince Ross to bring back the old team logo (I'm all for occasional changes but it's been a LONG time with the ugly logo), how would Ross listen to him about anything else?
The logo isn't the most important thing in the world (it's not even close...but it does pertain to merch sales). Just using it as an example as an insignificant thing Ross is stubborn about...hes' likely even more stubborn about topics that directly affect team results.
But, go for it Dan, bend his ear. Can't hurt to try. Bring Nat Moore, and Wes Welker with you!

Thats a weird relationship. Earlier this year they asked him about the logo.....he put his head down. Said" oh no.....im not asking him about that anymore". I love Dan.....my first born is named Daniel after him.....but I dont think hes got anywhere else to go. Been firsd from every network show he was a part of. Im not sure of his position other then celebrity hand shaker......
