Stop me if you've heard this one before (paraphrased headline)
The Patsies lose two of their OTA sessions for "violation of league rules" (read: cheating). Local article doesn't specify what exactly they got caught doing, but there are two surprising aspects of this story (neither of which is the fact that they are still cheating):
1) They got CAUGHT while cheating
2) They are being penalized (a tiny bit) for getting caught cheating.

I'm convinced he was behind the Flores suit and us losing a draft pick. That man is a giant turd with flies. The ones yelling and accusing people of cheating are usually the biggest offenders.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!

yeah I seem to remember a story that goes something like: Belicheat texted "Brian" congratulations on getting the giants gig...but had'accidentally' texted Brian Flores when he "meant to" text Brian Daboll. That created evidence that Flores (and other minority candidates) were not interviewed per Rooney Rule. and in all that mess the Flores thing blew up tangentially...I think. Something like that.

I'm sure it was completely innocent and by accident. May he never win again. Like Brady or not....he went elsewhere and Won again. Proof positive that it was Brady and not the system.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!

By the way it seems (per follow up report on local jock-sniffer radio station) that the infraction that the Pats committed was having a meeting at the end of an OTA session that caused the beginning-to-end time to be longer than rules allow (e.g., they were supposed to be four hour sessions but the extra cheating-meeting brought it to 4 1/2 hours).
Not the biggest breaking of the rules by the Pats (we have so many to compare) but the punishment makes sense. You go overtime on one OTA and two more get taken away from you.
No big deal really, but it just once again shows the mindset of that team.
