My first thought was, well they're gonna suck this year.

But upon clicking through to the actual article it was clarifying that he is being hired as an analyst, not as a coach. Okay, that makes more sense. Damn clickbait lol.

Lol. He's another one that refused to fix the Oline. Damn near cost Tannehill his career. Wasn't bullygate under his watch as well? I wouldn't want him anywhere near my football team.

Yes bullygate was under him. He told Incognito to "fix the problem" . Nice delegation of duties, coach.

Man...8 seasons combined under Cameron, Philbin & Gase. From failing forward fast to having the head coach delegate his leadership to the guy who had to always be the smartest in the room, and shipped out smart, talented players to keep it that way.

We've endured a lot of wandering in the desert...may we please be nearing the promised land.

Looking back it's just pure hell. We have had some serious talent here at times but since J.J.there has been a serious serious leadership issue.

I like what I'm seeing, I'm really excited about this defense but that Oline is still really lacking. I can't be confident without at least 2 more Olineman .

Agreed - not comfortable at all with the OL, and it's been our most enduring achilles heel, after the aforementioned leadership fiascos, of course.
