NFL #1 prospect....Lawrence advised to stay away from the Jets at all costs.....
Date: October 20, 2020 08:08PM

I laughed my ass off reading this story.

If the Jets end up with the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft, can’t-miss college quarterback Trevor Lawrence should return to Clemson for his senior season so to avoid New York at all costs.

I didnt know this:

After finishing 1-15 in 1996, the Jets were primed to select Peyton Manning with the No. 1 pick and team him up with the newly hired Bill Parcells and previous top pick and wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson.

Then the future Hall of Famer Manning stunningly announced he would return to Tennessee for his senior season, creating one of the biggest what-ifs in Jets history.

Thats got to hurt!! I would love it if Lawrence stayed 1 more yr or pulled a Eli Manning/Elway and threaten to sit.

Lol........love it. grinning smiley

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

He'd be completely miserable with the Jets if his HC is Adam Gase.

No way in God's creation would the jest keep Gase to mentor/ruin Trevor Lawrence. NOBODY could be that stupid, not even the jest.
