RESPONSE: THAT'S NOT THE QUESTION AND YOU KNOW IT! The question is first which Quarterback COULD WE HAVE TAKEN in 2019 and the answer is that ALL THE TOP QBS (SIX IN ALL) WERE TAKEN WITH THE LAST OF THE SIX, JOSH ROSEN, being SNATCHED AWAY FROM US BY THE CARDINALS.

And please do not say that idiotic crap that ARIZONA WAS NOT TRYING TO KEEP HIM AWAY FROM US because again, if Arizona didn't want to keep them from us, why didn't they trade with us or the team that drafted AFTER US?

Well, there happens to be ONLY ONE ANSWER to that they knew we wanted to take Rosen.

>Stop trying to funny and

Do you mean witty? See in Oklahoma, people who whittle are called whitties sometimes. LOL.

> You were dead wrong!!!! This year depends
> on who is available at 13.

RESPONSE: Well, I'll answer you first and then ask you a question secondly.

If one of the heralded QBs is available, I say get him. If they are all gone, go to the next most needed position. (Which to me is running back or receiver and not linemen like you say...again because those are more valuable positions (discussed below).

>What's changed? We no

> Your ego wont let's yourself see past the first

RESPONSE: LOL. LOL. LOL. Well if the first round is NOT the most valuable, then I don't know FOR THE LIFE OF ME which one is. LOL. LOL.

Oh! Since you are a PICK THROUGH THE trash man, you probably think the most valuable ones are the 4th and 5th and afterwards. LOL.

And as to mention of no running back, if the heralded QBs are gone, then I say running backs and receivers are next but Treasure, you really think its Oline or Dline.

So......only the 1st pick counts. Just watch that first day and you shut it like you do the actual games.

What does build through the draft mean to you?

Next year we get a roof and despite the shade.......a lot more sunshine blown up our asses!!!!

No your first pick is the most valuable one you have because the higher it is, the more likely you will get the best pick.

Where your understanding breaks down is that you either see it the way you put it in your last post, that it is the only one that a team should have

or

that it must be traded away for more late round picks.

Either that or Sam and I are right and you are Doris Day stomping around the house because your lover Tannehill was evicted.

REALLY? The best pick.....or the best pick some pundits decided is the best?

And I suppose you believe everything you hear in the news or media's well?

Funny how some players fall and are not picked where advertised. Happens every draft. You are so bought and paid by the Hype.

Try reading... learning....developing opinions yourself. Oh that's right....becuase you would need to be educated on the subject to do that.....

Next year we get a roof and despite the shade.......a lot more sunshine blown up our asses!!!!

So which QB do you want Sam? What's your draft Strategy?

And just for the record......Tanny was hardly thrown away. Another NFL picked up his contract. Hes still worth millions . eye rolling smiley

Actually they did. Last year Rosen was snatched away from us by Arizona and this year Arizona traded him to us in the draft.

Josh Rosen, UCLA.

Now you know you won't back a Californian, Treasure.

Whoa...unable to confirm this. Must be fake news.

Like the Wilkinson pick. Front offense filled a huge hole. We have a trio of young hard working DTs. Wilkinson is the huge plug in the middle that we were missing. I would go interior O-line in the 2nd. McGovern, Mack and Jenkins are still there. One of those guys should be there at 13. Maybe wait until the 4th to get a qb like Rypien or Jackson might still be there??

Re: Tyree Jackson............

Yes Im hoping for Jackson in the 3rd -4th. I really like the kid but there is so much other talent left, and we cant overpay. Metcalf is the next best player available. I cant believe he wasnt taken in the 1st. Shows how much defensive talent there was in this draft

Not "fake news". Just hasn't happened yet. Here's hoping it does, this scenerio would probably be a win for us, as I've opined in another topic.

"Tannehill is gone. I wish him well. "

Yeah, me too. But, he's Marcus Mariota's problem now, and Mariota better watch his ass. I'm curious to see how Tannehill does with some competition, and from a subordinate position. He could surprise.

Yeah.......Thats good for them because Josh Allen didn't exactly light up the scoreboards either from this supposedly great 2018 draft.

Allen has nothing to worry about...Jackson won't take his job unless there is an injury.

I doubt it. But for free I think the Kid would have been great insurance here. Depth at any position is not our strong point. Even the Hotdogs venders need more people behind them.
