At the beginning of the season I was really surprised at the level of play from the Oline. I knew we didn't have depth but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of protection.
If anything........even if we went 3-13, it proves what Tannehill and this offense is capable of with good protection. Oline( Not a QB ) needsto be the priority. And if we are going to try and salvage this season we need to trade for at least 1 Olineman.

Any other player, I might agree with you but not Parker. You have to be on the field to lead the league. That ship has sailed for Parker. He's an injury waiting to happen.
Its just the way it goes for us. Cant stay healthy, earn playing time or struggles to get production. Goes to New England and immediate all pro.
The real issue we have right now with this team is simple. No quality blocking. Without Sutton AND a healthy Kilgore our run blocking stinks.
Out TE's struggle to block and those two things are taking away our running game.
Without a consistent running game we will struggle to move the ball, our passing game will struggle due to our small WR's being jammed at the LOS, RT will struggle against over ynder coverage where no one is open resulting in 3 and outs and our defense will wear down due to too much time on the field.
Gase either finds a way to fix the blocking or our season goes down the tubes.
Hate to say it but that's how I see it. This draft we must get at least two very high quality OL players who can start immediately or at least quickly.
Havent we needed quality OL for about a damn millenium already? you expect that to change next year? I would love it but I dont see it happening with this management and coaching staff.

Exactly right. The offensive line has been a problem for years and Grier and Tannenbaum have done nothing to improve it. Sitton was a good signing but when you rely on one player with no one behind him, crap happens. I so hope that Ross, in a strange moment of lucidity, fires Tannenbaum and Grier, hires a qualified GM and let's him decide who the head coach is. It's the only way this ever gets better.
No I dont expect that to change but it has too. With Sitton and Kilgore we had good blocking and our offense was working. Without them, we saw the results. Nothing worked.
Point taken as far as depth goes...We haven't had that in a while now.
We absolutely have to have good blocking to make our offense go and we absolutely have to have good push from our DT's to make our defense go.
Without those two things the entire team flounders...as we saw last week...like it or not those two areas have to be THE off season priority.
Beyond that, CB and WR competition/replacement for Parker.

After shave sting? Oh, that's season ending for Parker. I dogged Jordan Phillips for being a lazy unmotivated waste of a roster spot, but at least he showed up for games. Parker is worse. He's lazy, unmotivated and won't show up.
