Backup QB

Damn these guys stink. The only good thing about Fales is that he doesn't stink as much as Osweiler. At this point, I don't think it matters which one of these boobs is backing up Tannehill. Bottom line, if Tannehill goes down, this team will lose every game he misses. If Gase really thinks either of these guys is a capable backup QB, then he doesn't deserve to be a head coach because that is not a defensible position to take. Hell, I'm beginning to think that Petty is the better of these three horrible options.

We should get to find out next week...Petty should get some good work if he can play. He has looked the best of the three in very limited work.

Regardless, Ken, if Tannehill goes down for any extended time, Gase will rue the day that he didn't actively pursue a decent backup. As a practical matter, I guess it doesn't matter a whole lot. This team isn't contending for anything save draft positioning which could make the egregious backups in some twisted way a positive.
