Especially am interested in Pouncey's progress. He was given a good health outlook for the season by his doctor. Here's hoping.

Pouncey was running today...the team looked good but not as uptempo as I would have liked. Tomorrow that should start to ramp up though.

I hear it's much hotter than usual in Miami lately.

Hopefully this means sensible practices to acclimate the players, but NOT inside the bubble unless it's during a thunderstorm.

I heard coming from work in the radio there is a lot of penalties....But thats expected when starting training camp since there are a lot of bodies that are not going to be there when the season starts.
