JJ did not stink. He built an incredible defense, Tom Brady to this day said he hated to face the Dolphins in the early 2000's. If he didn't have personal issues , issues that I respect (family over football anyday) We would have won the Superbowl eventually. I'm sure of it.

You make a good point though.....it has been harder then it should have been for us to find a competent HC. But I believe that's because we always look to make that big splash. The big names. No one wanted to come here 5 yrs ago. We settled on Philbin. I liked Campbell and think it was a mistake to let him go, but that's life. I hope Gase is focused , tough , and motivated. I want to see passion , no B.S field Goals . Take a few chances, believe in your players and manage the clock.

I'm more worried about Tannebum. Hickey was doing good IMO.

Hickey was doing good? Did you see his free agents? The draft was c- at best. He got a pass for finding Jarvis Landry in 2 but beyond that....pffff
