I agree with that dolphaholic.....Also the addition of suh means we do not need to draft a DT in the first either IMO.

Can't wait.

I think its definetely going to be WR or OL.

I think it minimizes the importance of having to take one but not necessarily the chances of taking one. I don't anyone who still views Jennings as a #1 anymore. I think he'll be more of a possession receiver on the outside until the rookie takes over. Hopefully Jennings gets pushed to the #4 spot.

He would me a great mentor for a guy like DGB and allow them to bring him along with less pressure.

Well, Sam, OL in the first is a possibility, but at 14, one of the top rated guys will have to be there. If its a tackle, can he play inside until Albert retires or can't start the season?

I would like to shore up that OL, but not so sure that's where Miami will go in the first. They need an impact, day one starter for their first pick. Lot of talk about WR, but I still believe a WR will be taken in the second round.

That first round pick will be difficult to gauge, right now. I still say, unless there is a can't miss at 14, that Miami needs to trade down and at least get that third back. Would be nice if they could get a second.

I agree with all of the above post.. Greg Jennings hasn't had a 1000 yard season since 2010, whether it be from injuries or who was throwing him the ball.. Either way he hasn't been a # 1 for quite a while IMO.. If he can stay injury free, and with Ryan Tannehill throwing him the ball, it wouldn't surprise me to see him get back to his 2010 numbers... He is only 31, just not sure about his durability and how he will fit into Lazor's system at this point...

Jennings was on par for another good season in 2011 but he missed 3 games and then was hurt again the following year in GB.

He was also playing with Aaron Rodgers and not the scrubs and rookies he has had in Minnesota.

He still put up around 800/6 each year in MN and I think he has the ability to do better than that with Tannehill, who will be more consistent than anything the Vikes had over the last two years. Maybe 950/8 which would be good value IMO.

All of our WR's have a legit shot to have a 1k yard season and that includes our new TE.

The problem with the Jennings/Wallace type signings are that teams signed them to be a savior or #1 guy. They are just not #1 receivers. it happens all the time. A WR is in a #2 or #3 role for their respective teams and another team signs them to be the guy.....

TJ Housh, Mike Wallace, Greg Jennings, Alvin Harper, Eric Decker, Percy Harvin, James Jones, Laverneous Coles...

Jennings was never really in a #1 role. He always had other good receivers around him. First it was Donald Driver/James Jones and then Jordy Nelson/Randall Cobb.

The good part here is that GJ is NOT being counted on to be a savior or #1 guy.

I like the signing of Jennings. Good to have a veteran for leadership plus he & Philbin already know each other. There won't be any drama issues with GJ.

Sorry to change the subject all, but wtf is up with Dieon Jordan? I think I read somewhere that he didn't show up for voluntary OTA's. And he's probably the very one player who needs it the most. Does this guy think he's some superstar? He hasn't done shit....
