I have heard that he leads by example by being the hardest working guy in the lockerroom... He sets an example for how hard and dedicated one should work towards their craft. But his personality is more of an introvert/quiet off the field... I will take the lead by example guy any day over the lead by being a ra ra guy in the lockerroom..

I read something to this in 2 articles from Lion's players and I too will take it. The money will take care of itself. Grimes, Wake and Wallace have big salaries that can/will be adjusted downwards in the next 1-2 seasons as they get older and hopefully as younger players step up.
