It's just a discussion now, then in a few months it will be "Ross is a horrible owner because he couldn't land Cowher"

No one would argue that if Cowher were to decide not to come based on his making more money on TV.

I don't think Cowher nor Gruden will be back to coaching. Too comfortable in their present gigs.

One thing I find hard to understand...teams have been hiring coaches with no real pro coaching experience, while ignoring coaches who are, at present, either not coaching or are in a different level of coaching. A good example is Jim Mora Jr.

Now, before you scoff, think about it. Mora was a HC at the pro level, then was fired and is now the HC at the college level, and doing well.

There was another coach that has a very similar resume: Pete Carroll. He hasn't done so bad, has he?

Just a thought, gentlemen.

Well, Cap, I'm starving and you're offering me a steak dinner. How do you think I feel? Carroll, Mora??? Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!

Wow! I make a joke about Cowher and Gruden, and suddenly these are viable options for some of you. Geez. We've been talking about these guys for years now. Give it up!
