Dolphin. Sigh when I read what you just typed, anger was what went through my head. Trading Thill for a first round pick. I swear visions of slapping a teen just bolted right through my brain. Please reframe from such ugh...
I dont recall saying trade them. Was that the question?
NO! the question was would any team give us a number 1 pick for the wasted number 1 picks we made. point is none of those players is worth a number 1; where we picked them.
Tannehill would warrent about a 3rd or 4th round pick for a backup.
I think it doesn't make that much sense to trade Tannehill and if we do I swear we will witness him tear up the league under the right system.
I think it might not be a bad thing to try and duplicate New England with Tom Brady or Seattle and grab a Russell Wilson value in the Sixth round (both Brady and Wilson were 6th rounders) but Hell, we haven't even seen much of Devlin.
I guess it means all the world that Wilson was drafted in the 3rd round because after all, as we all know, he dropped from a 1st round consideration to a 3rd round.
NOT!!!!!!!!
The point WAS that DESPITE the difference between the 3rd and 6th round, Wilson was on NOBODY'S radar, just like Brady was on nobody's radar.
THE point talked about was whether we should trade Tanny, something by the way neither of the two of us favor.
Take out that misstatement about Russell going in the 6th round instead of the 3rd round and do you have any disagreement with what I said???
What's your point in saying that facts do not matter TO ME when the misstatement you point out really has NOTHING to do with disproving my point.
Had both Brady and Wilson been drafted in the first round THEN YOU COULD MAKE THE ARGUMENT that I am trying to pull something over on people by misstating the facts.

I would imagine, Pouncey might be worth a 1st also..

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

How is asking that when people state facts they should be accurate, make me a "stat geek"? This point wasn't that big of a deal, but you are wrong more times then you are right, and once you state a "fact", accurate or not, you will then run with it and beat it into the ground. All i'm asking is do a little research before making bold statements.
