I've wanted this coaching staff gone since last season! I was neutral on Ireland, but his failure to do anything to fix the o-line justifies his firing. Clean house!

This is a real hard loss to fathom...one week you beat the Pats, then the very next week the Bills make you look like a laughing stock. I just don't get it. It really sucks to be a fan of this team and it's been sucking to be one ever since Don Shula & Dan Marino retired.

That is their pattern this year. Because I have become numb to what has been going on in Dolphins land, I have no real emotion during the games; no cheering on great plays and no booing on poor plays. I just sit and watch and hope they pull it out in the end. If it is a close game, I am looking for them to make a stupid mistake to lose the game.

I am disappointed with the Bills game because: (1) They got blown out, and (2) Miami finally put themselves into a great position to go into the playoffs.

Yawn!

I don't get it. RT is praised throughout the league and by "experts," but on this board, he has many haters.

Maybe the problem on this board is that he isn't Dan Marino. Hell, Bob Griese wasn't Danny boy either, but he is beloved.

RT is doing just fine and is improving each game, and is much improved from last year, and last year wasn't that bad. Give the guy some "good" protection and let's see what he can do.

My prediction for RT is that he is going to be a really good QB next year and throughout his career, as soon as he gets a decent team around him, and I am including the defense in this prediction.

I agree, Chryen, that RT should be allowed to use his running ability. With the protection he doesn't have right now, that would help his game tremendously (and we have seen him do this, specifically vs Pitt). Once his protection is straightened out, there won't be any problem in his being a drop back, pocket passer.

That's the point, Cap. I LOVE RT. I think he can be better than the rest as even Luck is coming down to earth. But not as a traditional QB. Take him out of the pocket and we'll forget Griese (says the Boilermaker). BTW just saw Kaepernick take off for 30 yards as I typed that.

Merry Christmas to everyone !!

We can all agree to disagree and everyone has an opinion.

I am an old man and been a fan since their first year. I just don't like what I am seeing with this Dolphin Team. Playoff's, are you serious? Someone p-lease wake me for surely I am dreaming.

Anyway, Merry Christmas again to all and to all a healthy New Year !
