Everyone on the Miami Dolphins is being questioned about this. To tell you the truth, I am shocked that Philbin, or whomever, hasn't put a gag order on this since the NFL itself is now involved and an investigation is ongoing. Or else they would had fix it inhouse and not let it gone to the media. The dolphins general managers and coaches should all be fired and we should start from scratch.
