Post game analysis: Both of these teams have major issues. Pats seem to have moved away from their philosophy of drafting high mental discipline guys and they are suffering because of it. I saw all kinds of dumb mental mistakes from their young receiving corps. I don't know if those mistakes are because they are young or if they just don't have "it". Same thing can be said for new Jest QB Geno Smith, all kinds of mental mistakes. Is he young or is he dumb? I guess the answer will reveal itself as the season progresses.


Good news for us phins fans is that both of these teams look very beatable at this point in the season. I still hold on to my prediction of the AFC East crown flying south for the Winter!

Agree Toko with the Patsies analysis. Would just add that the "it" factor just isn't there between Brady and his receivers like last year and previous years.

Agree with the Geno Smith analysis. Can't tell whether he is just young or dumb. I am really beginning to question whether it is youth. Obviously has a strong arm and talent but just seems to make the wrong decision all the time, even when the right decision is obvious. Maybe that's nerves though.

In any case, Hope he doesn't get either experienced or smart when WE play them. LOL,
