Yeah, solid day from a solid player.
but it wasn't as good as the guy we replaced him with (for less money). Gibson had 7-77.

I dont think reggie bush could hit the wholes either..>There were no holes to hit against cleveland.....This OL stinks run blocking.

the only RB we've had that I can think of that could have gained yards with the terrible O-Line blocking we had was Ricky Williams. He had a great sense as to when to bounce it outside, and his combination of power and speed were unmatched. Now...how can we find a RB like him?
Your all missing the important stat.....4/101/1 td receiving.
I saw some holes yesterday but hesitation by the running backs. A few occasions they broke through the first level but made nothing happen. Bush was great at that.
The point was really "Bush is way more dangerous than Bess" and he's gone too.
I think this was bad play calling by Sherman. He should have gotten Miller involved in the passing game to loosen things up.....screens, swing passes, etc.

barry sanders..........he would go 15 rushes for 10 yards then he would break a 65 yard run. I've never seen something like that. He could cut east and west just as fast as he would run north and south.
