I think Ginn will have a couple big plays. But not a lot of TDs because he never can seem to get into the endzone. He will get injured early in the season, and the numbers will be skewed towards this.
I'll laugh if I win. That whole trophy would be great.

Just curious...what makes you think that our WR corps is going to catch a combined 28 TD in 2009 when they combined for 5 in 2008 and the TE/RB corps caught 15 TD in 2008.
Do you think they'll sort of re-focus the TD targets, or is it our entire WR corps just getting that much better and Chad throwing for +/-40 TD?

I guess I didn't think of it that way. I was just thinking that Ginn would still not emerge as an obvious #1 receiver, meaning Camarillo and Bess will out-catch him in some way. If we get better push on the O-Line we should have a more running TDs than last year. So...my TD #'s are off.
I would be thrilled, btw, if our top 3 WR combined for 222 catches and nearly 3000 yards. It would likely indicate that we're running a lot of offensive plays and that Chad continues to be very efficient with a group of developing receivers, thereby taking a lot of pressure off the defense.
