No telling, but Fisher goes 1... And with that, now KC is in a bad position with Albert

Yeah the trade up was a heck of a deal, I just hope Jordan is the guy, we had pick of the litter at any position but tackle, and this is the guy we took... It surprised me... We have never traded up in the 1st rd during Ireland's entire tenure and he trades up to 3 for Jordan.. I sure hope he winds up being worthy of the #3 pick. We passed on awful lot of players for him... If he can be an elite pass rusher opposite Wake, we have something special.. He looks a little thin, a lot like JT did his rookie year..

I hated hated the trade when it was first announced with the raiders bc I thought we'd have given up our 2 seconds and more, and no one in this draft is worth that. But when I heard we only gave up one of our 2ds, I was thrilled. Don't know much about Jordan and his stats aren't that impressive but he was supposed to be the best pass rusher in the draft so I am happy with the move
Now get Albert for a 3d, take a DB and BPA with our remaining 2 and 3 and we are in good shape (even overpaying $$ for albert)

I think Truth made the best comment when he said that Ireland played the game the way it is supposed to be played and that is having everyone thinking ahead of time that you are going to ZIG and then you ZAG.
I was cursing Ireland thinking he was going to do all those dumb things including giving up one of our picks in a deal for Albert or picking even Tyler Eifert who we could definitely use but we should not have used OUR no. 12 for him (even though Tyler Eifert was worth MORE than a 12 by himself).

Its actually a good trade for Oakland. They wanted Hayden. #3 was too high for him. The added a mid 2nd (didnt have one) and got their guy.
The amazing thing is nobody offered more to get Lane Johnson.
