Date: March 16, 2013 04:09PM If you haven't heard, there is a proposal out to make leading with your helmet illegal if this passes this wil change the game and shift the emphasis from stroinger backs that run you over, to upright shifty backs like Kenjon Barner, Jonathan Franklin
