Every Pats fan I've heard talking about Welker's situation, ESPECIALLY since the Brady re-signing, has been 100% certain that Welker was going to stay with the Patsies. Brady restructured his contract for the sole purpose of allowing the Pats enough cap room to re-sign his favorite target Wes Welker, don't you all know that? that's the ONLY reason Brady took less money, because he's a unselfish team player.
