I am not sure, the whole dichotomy is very strange. A union and Union president who worked for Eric Holder fighting for a republican big time Trump supporter, to the Supreme court which is evenly split currently, which would then defer back to early court decisions...

I just mean that the Supreme court is currently split for the most part, which will most likely lead to a tie. And then it would defer to the lower courts decision...
