Worthwhile pick IF Foster can stay uninjured. That's has to be key along with his present rehab status.

They signed him to a 1 yr 1.5mm deal. Could go up to 3.5 if he meets all incentives.

Having a vet like him in the room doesn't hurt either.

I believe a healthy Foster would be great for us. I do realize the question is, can he stay healthy.

He's a vet back in on the cheap to help our young backfield. I'd take him every day of the week and twice on sundays over pead and thomas.

Damien Williams days look to be numbered too unless we keep 4 backs.

I am not sure he even makes the roster.. But he will be a good camp presence in the RB room... Last year before he got hurt he only played in 4 games, avg just 2.6 yards a carry and 2 fumbles... Prior to last year he had never avg less then 4.1 yards a carry for a season...

Add on top of that he had the dreaded torn achilles last year which ended his season, we shouldnt be too optimistic about how good he will be IMO... But it cant hurt having him in camp...

I'm not so sure. It CAN hurt if he takes badly-needed reps from young, inexperienced backs. To me, he just looks like this year's Knowshon Moreno.

Our RB's are very inexperienced, what a rookie and 2 second year back up backs.. Having a veteran with knowledge and experience is good to have in camp and in the RB room IMO.. The young guys will still get plenty of reps...

When will we address our OLINE depth? He has killed us 5-6 seasons in a row.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
