The thing is that Peyton was doing that at UT. Peyton was running a Pro Style offense, calling audibles and commanding his team while in college.
Having said that, if Christensen and Gase can make our offense look anything like the Colts offense with Peyton (even if the results aren't as good), I'll give them both my full support.
It would be quite a change from previous coaches, such as Lazor who was supposed to implement Kelly's scheme and then provided us an offense that looked nothing like what was run by Kelly or from Cam Cameron who was supposed to bring us an offense that looked like Norv Turner/Mike Martz vertical passing game combined with a power running attack and gave us a plastic bag full of excrement. Something that didn't even resemble the other offenses. You can add Philbin in there as well, except for the fact that when we had Sherman here, our offense did look like other unsuccessful west coast offenses.
Quote: I also think 2016 will be his best/most efficient year by far. I look for somewhere in the range of 4,000 yards, 35 TD, 10 int's and a 108 QB rating.
From now on you are considered by me the most positive fan on this site...
