Going back years ago I remember reading an article, I believe the interviewer was the Miami Herald and Manny Fernandez a Dolphin Player was asked what was most important to a team, a great coach or great players. His reply was something like this, players, they were the ones that made the team, not the coach... Well the coach at the time was Don Shula and since he left the Dolphins have not done crap. The answer in my opinion is a great coach, and no one should deny that ! I believe in the great coach concept and until we get that we will remain mediocre. Hey Mr. Ross from a no account like me, can you see where the team needs a new direction, A real experienced Coach, SIR !!! This team will never go anywhere unless that is the first priority one !!!
