Date: November 09, 2015 06:11AM +1000 on the problems starting at the top. But is it really because he's 'meddling'? I mean ALL owners pick people to run their teams. IMO it's more because he just doesn't seem to have a clue how to pick people to run a successful NFL franchise. His 'management style' seems to be long on personal relationships and short on accountability for results. He feigns utter loyalty to whoever until its OBVIOUS the team is in meltdown mode, then takes stop gap measures... Re: We are going to have to wait until Ross dies
