He can do it temporarily and he often did at first. But if someone else is going to quote me, like eesti did above, they should quote enough of it for the reader to get a proper understanding of what I was saying.

the race had nothing to do with it. they just happened to be black....And a true story at that. If they were green i would had said they were green.
