Ross has made our once proud franchise a pariah that no one wants to work for. Remember when P. Manning, Harbaugh, etc would hardly talk to us while shopping for a team?

Well, for Schwartz, it's nothing to gain. If he comes in and the team goes 8-8. There's no guarantee the current staff is coming back. No security with current setup. Besides, he will be considered for openings regardless.

This is kinda dumb if true and shows the Dolphins have not learned much since the Harbaugh fiasco. Schwartz "OK let me get this right, you want me to report to your TE coach, no he is not a HC coach he is a TE coach. What you have not fired Coyle yet! Why the hell are you calling me". Click

Dolphins gotta get thru this season w/ the hand they were dealt. No experienced coach wants to step into this mess and its not even mid season yet.

They just showed potential HCs that this org still has not figured it out yet.

Job might be over Duffner's head, gotta be careful here. Give Campbell a chance to work it his way. Im not impressed w/ the way Duffner coaches his position imaging him handling the entire D is unsettling.

Cowboys head coach Jason Garret retired and became our QB coach in 2005. He became the OC in Dallas in 2007. He was getting offers for HC positions during 2008-9. By 2010 He was the Dallas Cowboys head coach.

Never know. winking smileythumbs up

In the end, it's the owner that has to recognize talent of a head coach and if not him, the General Manager.

The fact that we've missed out on Jason Garrett and Todd Bowles right from our own payroll, (while we give the job to a guy who no one else, in 15 other locations, from high school to pros ever trusted with the head job) speaks volume of the intelligence of our owner. Oh Joe Robbie, how I so miss you.

I can't blame anyone for not wanting to come to this train wreck.

Reports are, he declined due to, (at least in part) the money owed from his Buffalo contract. He'd have been working this season for us, for free. I'm sure he'll be on the interview list after the season is over.

Coyle, is still as good as gone...we might be stuck with having to let him play out the rest of the season though.

Any word on how the defense is doing now? Has Campbell forced Coyle to change his schemes?
