I say we get rid of everyone, knock down the stadium get rid of the fans, Logo and colors ..change the name to the Davie Sharks or anything else, and start from scratch.. Ok that's a bit too drastic...

THIS. I agree something drastic needs to happen , but none of the above. Fire Philbin. TONIGHT. Send a message if anything. Get Lazor or someone else in as Interim. Kick Coyle to the ground as well. promote two other coaches familiar with the current schemes.

We cant do any worse and it will send a message.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

3 games in and the players have quit on their coach. Philbin and coyle should be shown the door this morning.

We really do nothing well. It won't change until we clean house. Whatever they installed needs to be wiped clean.

You promote an interim HC an hire Mike Smith as DC. Go vanilla smash mouth and slowly work in more and more each week. It won't be pretty but it will earn the respect of the players and you'll see who should go.

From what I've read every thing we do is overly complicated. Way too much thinking going on. Line up and hit the guy across from you.

I have never been this disinterested in a phins team. I don't get excited to see our young QB play. He's boring and mechanical. He doesn't change plays, put us is mismatches. Just run the play no matter the D. I'm sure not seeing the leadership role everyone talked about. Hopefully without plain Joe around that changes. He gets more liberty to dictate. Hope so.

Our team has taken on the personality of it's coach. Boring.

When was the last time you heard announcers and Dolphins fans say or comment, "the Dolphins really kicked butt today" or words to that effect.

For the life of me, nothing in the last 10 years comes to mind.

BTW, I wholly agree the persona of the team mimics our low energy and inept HC.

Talent wins games. I just can't believe we have as LITTLE as it seems we have. If so then the problem lies in this: the coaches are stubborn 'system' guys who can't seem to comprehend that their 'system' isn't going to work with the talent they have. Think Jimmy Johnson trying to make Dan Marino a hand off machine for Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Thats what we are dealing with at all levels on this team. It's the only explanation I can come up with. So yes, it's the coaching IMO.

greg jennings on the pats would be a weapon. on the phins he's a #2 that can't get separation.

Same for Kenny Stills. We gave up a 3rd for a deep threat when we don't have a QB or system that can take advantage of his skills.

I really think Regis handcuffs the coords. I think Coyle is incompetent so I don't want that to sound like I'm making excuses but Lazor is innovative. Can't help but think he's being held down.

It's as if we do zero film study of our opponent.

I dont know about the answers but i think ive come up with a bussiness idea....

Rent a joint....and sell aqua and orange supermarket brown paperbags to put on the fan faces while they are at the stadium...

Id make a fortune.
