Jay Ajayi interview on miamidolphins.com

I just got around to watching the video of Jay Ajayi being interview on miamidolphins.com

He's got a great attitude, I'm really rooting for him to do well now (not that I wouldn't root for everyone on the roster). Seems so polite too--must be his British accent. Looking forward to him running over defenders and saying "sorry, old chap" on his way to many TDs as a Dolphin.

All the hype on him and they are projecting him to be on the practice squad or worse.

Did he get injured?

he had an injury that kept him out of the first preseason game.

Don't know if that has anything to do with his lack of performance. Here's hoping he lights it up in the next two weeks.

A lot of teams supposedly took Ajayi off their draft board due to believing his knee is cooked and has nothing left...Bone on bone type of situation.... They say he was a 1st rd talent, but injury concerns made him lucky to get drafted at all... Tannebaum said he was comfortable with physical and ability to play in the league... We shall see... But either way a rookie RB has to learn all the blitz pick ups before he can play, which puts him behind the 8 ball for a while even if he was healthy...

I read he was ok in pass pro but struggled between the tackles. He's been indecisive and dances too much. Philbin demands RB's make one cut and GO. Now he is further behind from injury.
