This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.

All deserving IMO but no way should Haley have made it before Kevin Greene.
Green is 3rd all time in sacks, Haley is 29th. Numbers for Green across the board are better. FR, Int's, tackles...
There is also one guy who ranks 7th all time in sacks, has 9 TD's, 8 int's and 3 safeties. Jason Taylor, who is eligible in 2017. (Jared Allen will likely pass JT this year in sacks).
By comparison, Greene has 6 Td's, 5 int's and 3 safeties while Haley has 2 int's, 1 TD and 1 safety.
None of the above players other than JT has EVER been Defensive Player of the Year!
