Great Job by the Entire Coaching Staff

After watching my Hokies in the Orange Bowl last week, I stayed around in South FL for Sunday's playoff game and I have to say hats off to the entire coaching staff. Sparano has the intensity on the sidelines that C.C. obviously lacked last year.

Throughout all 4 quarters Sparano was constantly roaming the sidelines coaching up his players. Personally, I don't think the 2008 Dolphins talent measured up to a playoff caliber team, but the excellent job done by Sparano and his staff earned the team a division title.

I understand that Parcells had a lot to do with the turnaround, but don't overlook the guy on the sidelines who had this team prepared to play each and every Sunday.

Parcells had a lot to do X and O wise as well. It is being reported that Parcells the last 6 weeks of the season spent some monday's and tuesdays with the coaches helping prepare gameplans for the next weeks game.
