Scot McLaughlan is being sought after by Washington and Oakland for a top executive spot. I heard he turned the Raiders down because he wants to be top dog in charge of football operations. They still have Reggie.

Not sure what Washington is offering considering they still have Bruce Allen as GM. If they were smart they would fire him.

I would love to have this guy but not sure about his drinking issues. He's not really a good guy for media relations either. Just a personnel genius. Maybe the best around.

Hopefully he doesn't land anywhere this year so he's still in play next year if Miami moves on from Philbin/Hickey
