In all honesty -- Shula should be above such nonsense -- tho no one despises billy goat cheater more than me...
Shula has sniped from the sidelines on a number of occasions and it always diminishes his stature and makes him look like a grumpy old man who still craves attention...
"The Don" obviously still has a titanic ego -- even at 85.
Point here is that Shula would never stoop to such low tactics to gain an unfair advantage. He was a man of integrity. Belichick, in filming other teams, was not.
There is a story Larry Csonka tells of playing the Raiders in Oakland. Either before or after their Saturday walkthru, Zonk finds a copy of the Raiders' gameplan left behind in the locker room. He gives it to Shula but Shula doesn't even open the cover, telling Zonk to throw it away. The Dolphins lost the next day.

That was on his 30 for 30 show. If you haven't seen it do so. After seeing what he put those players through, in today's NFL, he'd be kicked out of the league. He beat the crap out of those guys on the practice field.
Shula's integrity speaks for itself as does Belichek's. Shula should maintain his integrity and continue to take the high road. Such pettiness does diminish his stature and elevates Belichek's.
