Which is why we signed him to the practice squad and not the 53 man roster.... Big difference....

I am pretty sure Damian Williams is not practice squad eligible from his time with the Titans...

BTW, Alex Smith just signed a big contract. If you look at his numbers, he and RT are very similar. The difference? Smith had his team in the playoffs.

I think that was a horrible deal for KC, we are in trouble with our salary cap, when Tannehill comes into form this year and next if Smith got that type of deal...

And how many were dropped by Wallace and others ?
Tannehill never blames anyone. You shouldn't either.

Speed may be his best weapon but he's hardly a one trick pony. He had 73 catches last year for nearly 1,000 yards and he rarely, if ever, caught a deep ball.
You don't put up those numbers if your only trick is running "9's".

Let's see how he does this year without a line, WR's and a last place schedule. Last year they played Jax, Dal, NYG, Oak x 2, Hou, Cle, Buf & Was.
Personally I like him as a QB. He is efficient as long as he is not asked to carry an offense. He had a top 10 running game last year but lost about half his o-line in the off season. I predict 8-8

I'm not placing blame, and I am sure you have read enough of my posts that I don't put the blame on anyone in particular, whether it be the top dog or the water boy/girl.
I was only saying that if RT had hit on some of those long ones, he would have been well over 4,000 yards, and probably close to 30 TDs. He missed on some...Wallace either didn't run the correct route or just didn't fight for the ball. I will also blame Sherman for not practicing the long ball, if that story was accurate.
Problem is, the preseason showed RT and Wallace still having problems connecting on the deep ball for a variety of reasons.

Let me try this another way, dolphin. You DO realize don't you that we are just a bunch of guys on a chatboard with no REAL SAY in whether or not Tannehill plays or starts don't you?
You do realize that it is pointless for you to keep trying to convince us of your view that Tannehill should not be playing????
So why do you keep banging your head up against a stone wall?
These one million little cuts that you think you are inflicting on Tannehill are a complete waste of your time.
I mean, if just one person on this board agreed with you then perhaps you might argue that it is one side against another side.

so why exactly does it bother you?
I said I LIKE Wallace and you still have to make some comment.....

Its one thing to reason and comprehend and another thing saying the same crap over and over about the dolphins starting QB. Everybody is sick of you dont you see it?

I saw that first hand in the early practice sessions. They were way out of Sync. Wallace does start and stop , they just can't get on the same page. He does hit Hartline in stride though. Moore was placing the ball on endzone corner routes with ease. I'd like to see more of that from Tanny as well.
samsam people should be sick of you saying the same thing over and over... you are the one who follows me around like a little puppy dog making a comment after everyone of my posts.

I was comparing Smith's 2013 season to RT's 2013 season.
Smith got a big pay hike. RT's contract will be redone after this season (unless I am mistaken). Their 2013 numbers were similar.
If RT has a good 2014, watch for him to receive, in the neighborhood, of what Smith got.
Not arguing what RT did his first two seasons. He is in the books for the numbers he has posted, and all that with an extremely poor offensive line and (almost) no running game.
