To betray the one guy who tried to stick up for him, Iggy, makes me ashamed for my profession. His lawyer parents probably figured out that they could make a bigger deal of it IF he took the tact that Iggy trying to tell him to stop being such a wuss and fight the bullies back was ITSELF an example of him being bullyied. POS.

I would be surprised if he even makes the team. Think about it. He is playing with some of the toughest, most physical linemen in the league? He will stick out like a sore thumb.

Crowder is a nobody. Martin in my book is still nanomillimeters above Incog and Philbin. F- the both of THEM. I don't see where his parents are suing anybody.

ah, she's an in house lawyer for Toyota. Hardly the #1 lawyer in the country specializing in unfair employment practices lawuits

Most people go in house after spending a number of years practicing st firms so that's nothing extraordinary. I'm sure she's a very smart and good lawyer I was just taking exception to the characterization of her as one of the best in her field. I'd have heard of her if she was.

I think you guys have lost the focus of this thread. Crowder's statement is almost certainly true. Perception is reality in this world, whether we like it or not, and the perception of Martin is of a weak man. He wasn't particularly good anyway. I think the d-linemen in this league, young men with huge egos, are going to want to dominate and humiliate this guy, and from the talent level Martin has shown so far, I think most of his opponents will do just that. I must admit, though, I could not possibly care less.

There is no shame in failing if you do your best. The guy was good enough to play at a pretty prominent school and get a full scholarship ride (I said prominent , NOT the number 1 OK berk? )
He was taken in the second round of the NFL draft and played at the NFL level. Nothing to be ashamed of. More then most men. His great failure was refusing to accept blame and turning on his teammates , especially the one trying to help him in his own demented kind of way. He Royally screwed this Team , and the fans and all of South Florida. He introduced race were it didn't belong and just created a huge darkness in Miami Dolphins history that I take personal and I swear if I ever see him I'll tell him that. Right to his 6-4 300 pound face. I'm glad the rest of the NFL sees it that way too. They can't say it but they do. Even Goodell's brother.

At least Lawyers are held accountable. There is a BAR exam they need to pass and after doing so it can be revoked for being a POS.
