I don't know about you guys, but I am getting sick of the announcers that are doing NFL games and hi-lites. It sounds as if they are just trying to get on ESPN hi-lites. Not NFL, but that guy that does his goooooooooooooool from soccer...it's getting old!!!
Better get used to it. World Cup soccer (the REAL football) live from Brasil starts in less than two months. Personally, I'm looking forward to it since my German team is considered one of the top favorites.

Mandich was the last announcer that I could stand listening to. I'd find an audio stream on the net (usually low quality from an AM station within the Dolphins radio network) and run it as I watched our games on TV, with the sound down. The audio could be an entire 60 seconds behind the live broadcast, but I didn't mind.

No doubt JC. I loved listening to that guy. I also grew up listening to Ralph Kiner of the NY Mets. This guys really stick with you. I love them as much as the players.
