Ross has to do more. Sign Kubiak, OL coach has to go, and then go get a GM

I don't have a problem with Ireland or Philbin...the next replacement needs to be the O-Line coach.

The ONLY way I'd entertain keeping the O-Line coach is if there is a SOLID and workable plan for absolutely getting the right players up front to make the system run properly.

Jeff Ireland has assured himself of a place in Miami Dolphins history alongside the likes of Chuck Studley, Tom Olivadotti, Dave Wannstedt, and Rick Spielman as men who did their level best to destroy the franchise. The fact that Ross hasn't canned this mongrel like GM speaks volumes about the soundness of his judgment. Maybe he won't fire Ireland because he's waiting for Matt Millen to become available. I like Ross as an owner less and less as each day goes by and Ireland still has a job ruining the team that I grew up watching.
