I think we dump Ireland and keep Philbin, and Philbin is forced to dump Sherman and Turner and maybe another coach or 2.
That's the minimum I will accept. If Philbin gives Ross any lip about dumping Sherman, than Philbin should get the immediate boot.

Fire Philbin and bring in a coach with a pulse.
Let him sift through the trashcan to see if there are any recyclables. If not fire them all.

I like the talent Ireland acquires but I hate the fact that he gets rid of them.

Bush, Vontae Davis, Sean Smith, and I could go on. and Jonathan Martin got rid of himself so that's not fair to put him in there.

But since you said Daniel Thomas, do you also include the current roster?

vontea davis, the 1st rounder traded for a second rounder? the underacheiving sean smith? I don't count these as successful draft picks

Sean was doing it yesterday, dude. Until he got hurt in yesterday's game.

Vontae traded for a 2nd rounder? Yeah, but I said I don't so much hate Ireland's acquisitions as I do his releases.

Ireland has been a horrendous drafter, it's not even debatable

Needs improvement or competition...

SS (regression)

I don't put NT on that list, assuming we bring back solia (and we switch back to 3-4)

I may have to revoke my vote and go with Fire everyone but I can't blame Coyle for getting stuck with two lame duck LBer's....although...where was Cam Wake the last two weeks? Injured? we had no playmakers.

I was willing to give JP the benefit of the doubt if we won at least one of the last two games....but he choked...He seems too stubborn just like the previous wanna-be's!

Pouncey, Tannehill, Dion Jordan (who the coaches don't play but we know that for some reason the coaches don't actually play a player unless the guy ahead of him on the depth chart goes down but after two starters Martin and Igcongnito left and they had to 'THROW TOGETHER' a makeshift line, it actually performed better.

Not saying he's the best in the world but like I posted on another thread, we went 5-3 against teams that made the playoffs this year but only went 3-5 against teams THAT DID NOT MAKE the playoffs this year.

That a damning fact for the coaches, not the talent.
