Who would you rather have coaching this team next year?

The best thing for this team is to keep RT17 in a West coast offense next year, well here's three names that would do that, I'm not advocating Shanahan or Kubiak at this point, but I'm curious to see what you guys think of either.

I wanted to see how many people would vote for Philbin to gauge everyone's interest in keeping him, the two names you gave would be obvious choices, but JP or two similar choices (that have HC experience and are available) makes it interesting IMO. If JP gets fired we'll have plenty of time for other polls.
I also had to vote to post, but I choose "None Of The Above" because I didn't want them to switch to a West Coast offense, and the sooner it's gone, the better.
And, if Tannehill can't hit a wide open Wallace in stride, then I wouldn't consider him to be all that important to the future of this team.

None of the above.
Kubiak is burnt out and needs some time off to recover.
Shanahan has shown what he has without Elway and Terrell Davis, not much.
I understand the sentiment about keeping Philbin for continuity and firing him next year but, why?
The team plays with no fire, no passion. The man doesn't inspire.
He has the charisma of an oyster. He's not a leader, he's a bookkeeper.
Referring to Philbin:
"The team plays with no fire, no passion. The man doesn't inspire.
He has the charisma of an oyster. He's not a leader, he's a bookkeeper."
I believe that's a pretty accurate assessment Hooligan2 based on his appearance, behavior on the side line and during various pre and post game interviews. He has a bland, boring personality.
Philbens son committed suicide. If you raised your kids and that happened to one of your kids, I blame bad parenting. I do not want a emotionally challenged HC. I really hate Philben. He is not right in the head, and I just wana punch his stupid looking face.
Yesterday Pittsburgh, San Dog, GB and Philly won clutch games. All had quality coaching. Hell Andy Reid was kicking SDs ass w/ his 2nd stringers, that reminded me of Shula.
From your list I don't want any of them. Kubiak needs a break and Shanahan needs John Elway to win.
A guy I would like is Seattle OC Darrel Bevell. Leslie Frazier is getting canned in Minn maybe he can run the D. Cleve had the nuggets to fire their coach after one year time for Ross to step up.
