Anybody heard how he is!

He is absolutely the key to the rest of the season.
An absolute leader.

I pray he is back!

Someone asked her about this on Twitter, she seemed annoyed that EVERYONE was telling her to let his groin heal up........kinda like telling the gyne doc to "put another stitch in there for me doc" when your wife is spread eagle on the table still after giving birth.

From what I read this AM, he has a groin injury and is not deemed serious. He was on the practice field, but limited.

I thought every guy did that, right after signing the epideryl forms... You pull the doc aside and tell him to hook a brother up....lol...

Ireland let Long walk last year due to his high asking price and injury history. I agreed with him then and I still do.

Ireland, et al, are building a team in Miami that (should) vie for the playoffs every year, from here on out. Ireland can no longer afford to let their front line players walk. I place Grimes in that category. Yeah, he is going to ask for a lot more than he got this year, and if Ireland doesn't pay up, no doubt that another team will.

Miami's CB situation isn't the greatest; many, many questions back there. Injuries have been a constant; the two rookies haven't shown much whenever they did get playing time. This area must be shored up and it starts with Grimes. As Dion Sanders says..."Pay the Man!"

Ireland is also going to have to start thinking, right now, about what he is going to do with his offensive line. Three of the starters will be free agents after the season.

Ah, the life of a GM.
