An application to play football for the Miami Dolphins from the mid to late 1960s?

My nephew's father, now deceased, played for Cameron JC in Oklahoma and then Kent State in the first half of the 60's.

When my sister passed in 2009, my nephew dumped a lot of her stuff on me. He knows I'm a big Miami Dolphin fan and gave it to me.

Unfortunately, he never filled it out. It just has his name on it. There was one that he filled out with the Oakland Raiders.

In fact, he never played PRO football at all but went to the Bay Area where he became a politician that ran in the same Supervisor's race that Dan White won.

But I know how to scan the document on my computer but I don't know how to post it on the board like a link.

Anybody know how?

Treasure, all I knew how to do is sign up.

I also scanned my document but the two remain separate.

How do you transfer the scanned document to image shack to be converted into a browser line and which can then be copied and put into a post like one would do a newspaper article that is on line?

If you notice, berk, they only want an explanation if you answer "no" but not if you answer yes.

Remember the Dolphins were not part of the NFL at this time but the AFL.

If I could have rated my own 40 time I might have played!

I also like the question, "what is your ancestry?" I would have answered, my Ethiopian great-grandfather f**ked your Caucasian great-grandmother! LOL.

It's also obvious how "unenlightened" the league in general was way back when -- I mean there's no question about ever suffering a yeast infection, or if you're a dominant top or bottom.

Can you imagine if we went back in time and explained that in 2013 you won't be allowed to yell or be mean to players anymore or you will get sued......how they would react.
