Here are the opponents of those teams being coached.


DOLPHINS played Cleve Indy and Atl.

49ERS played Green Bay, Seat, and Indy

RAMS played Arizona, Atlanta and Dallas.

Colts and Falcons are only common opponents.

After they are eliminated, we played Cleve.

Harbaugh played Green Bay and Seattle.

Fisher played Dallas and Arizona.

Just sayin'.

eesti, you began to talk about RT at the end. Did you mean to entitle the thread "Philbin MADE the right choice" (in selecting Tanny)? Or you talking about coaching or quarterbacking?

Hate to point it out, but Philbin was the ONLY choice from those three coaches.

That said, I like Philbin. I like his attitude, his demeanor and the direction he's set for the team.

This is going to be an elite team in another year or two if we finally get the right pieces together on the oline.


I just hope we stay healthy this year so we can enjoy a much deserved playoff run around here.

I think the point he was trying to make is that that may not have been such a bad thing. Of course he can speak for himself.

Yes, and with Harbaugh we truly had no chance. On the other hand, we could have had Fisher if we would have given him complete control...but we (smartly) didn't do that.

Philpin was a good choice. I liked it when they made it.

One of these days you are going good to accidentally spell his name right and we will all faint from the shock.

Gotta like his 2nd half adjustments. That's a true sign of a good coach and something Belichick is great at doing.

Now if he can get that line fixed! They are truly offensive.
