No, Crowder. You're wrong. The coaching is the reason we are 2-3 instead of 4-1.

Why because they choose to kick a 51 yard field goal attempt with a not so hot right now kicker instead of forcing the Bengals to go 80+ yards to keep themselves in the game...

TEXANS 49,996
JETS ZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP

Trust me chren the texans are going to have a better chance of losing against teams that are better than those $UCK@SS jets.

I think chren is talking about why we did not run it three times against the jesters and instead decided to go long instead.

I think he is right afterall....i think the odd were better if we ran it therefore we would probably be kicking a 40 yard or so instead of a 47 yarder.

Even a 44 yarder would have been good because it hooked away three yards from the goalposts.

SamSam is right Crowder. In fact we WON the game against the Bengals so I couldn't have been talking about that game although we won it DESPITE the call you talk about.

Crowder, you and I have been battling on here pretty good lately, but I would definately not call you a hater, I don't think you're giving Tannehill enough credit, but to each his own...........but what I will call you out for is, you accuse us all of trying to make Tannehill something he's not, and you have stats to back it up, but isn't that the exact same thing you did with your namesake? When Ireland cut him it was basically gonna be the end of this franchise according to you......yet stats didn't really back that claim up did they? How come it was OK for you to over-hype Channing Crowder, but we can't get a little giddy about the most promising young QB we've seen around here since the early 80's?

LOL, a reality show on MTV showing Flava Flav looking for love in all the wrong places, was one of the saddest yet funniest shows of all time, spawned the equally good "Rock of Love" featuring Brett Michels from the 80's hair band "Poison". I was glued to the TV

Dolph- it is fine for you to be giddy, I am a little giddy myself becasue I had lower expectations of how fast Tannehill would be able to develop. But as you know Crowder and myself took constant abuse on this site from most... In life there is always different opinion and ideas on everything and the Truth, in honor of our boy "The Truth" is normally somehwere in the middle... I am excited about what our QB can develop into, I am just waiting, so far he keeps improving his number analytically, from QBR to completion percentage. But for us to be an offense that is good, we need to put points, and score TD's, something we have not been able to do in ten years, and I am still waiting for it, arent you? People act as if we are there, we arent IMO....that is all, no big deal, I am glad you and others are stoked about our players, cheers!!!smileys with beer

What I'll say:

He's a great QB. As long as he is passing between the twenties and has a lead.

But put him in the red zone or down in the 4th QTR and he tanks.

But he is a rookie.

Miami Dolphins. Always Perfect.

He's certainly far from elite at this point. However, the past two games were really impressive for 4th and 5th games of a career. I only watched the Cinci game once, but I can't remember a single throw where I thought "what the heck was he thinking?" The best I can come up with is when the announcer said "He should have checked down to Bush." but even that wasn't like he did anything disastrous...just didn't select his optimal target (according to someone in the TV booth). A couple of drops affected his yardage and completion %, as well.

In AZ, one of his INTs was when Hartline fell down.

I'm impressed with where he is, for sure...looking fwd to further development.

I retired from the Calif. Atty. Gen.'s Office but we got all the felony cases on appeal. Very few rich men ended up behind bars though. Only before they got rich and famous.

Where is DK? Hmmmmmmmmmmm You think he would be happy to post here about our progress. He was definitely a closet Jet Fan POS. No one is that negative and a true fan.

He posted right above Treasure.

But I think his absence has FAR MORE TO DO WITH Tannehill's success than the success of the team or any love for the Jets (I'll give him that, he's not a fan of another team like dolfan1 is of the Pats).

He'll be back if Tannehill stumbles but he is not down on our team as a whole, he's just down on Tannehill.
